Menage Mondays: Of Dark and Bright by Kate Sherwood

Happy Monday! It's that time again for a little menage a trois and man do I have a book for you. my opinion might somehow be bias cus I love these guys so much, and they hardly can do wrong in my eyes (but they do). I have been peeing my legs (it's gross, I know but I don't wear pants) for the third book in the dark horse series and I am happy how it turned out.

Of Dark and Bright by Kate Sherwood
Novel: 200pgs
Rating: 4/5

Blurb: Jeff, Evan, and Dan have been living happily together for the past two years. They still have problems, especially between Evan and Dan, but they’re mostly able to convert the interpersonal disagreements to sexual tension—and then resolve it—so nobody’s complaining.

Then Dan’s long-lost sister shows up seven months pregnant and on the run from the law, and the situation goes from complicated to overwhelming. Jeff and Evan want to help, but with Evan fearful for his own sister’s safety and Jeff struggling to keep his health issues under wraps, they’re a little distracted. As Dan's sister struggles with her past, Evan's seems intent on gambling with her future. With emotions and family ties pulling them in different directions, the threesome have to hold together—or the people they love may tear them apart.

Thoughts: The Dark Horse series is one of my faves, and I have been dying to get some more Dan, Evan, and Jeff time. Curious as to whom these men are, well check out my review for Dark Horse and get acquainted with these sexy men. Dan, Even and Jeff have been through so much together and I just want everything to be perfect for them, free of obstacles and plentiful in the 3way loving. Well in their world there is always a rocky moment ahead, which either brings them together or pulls them apart.

Dan and Evan are still at it, and I just want to go all Bruce Lee on them. They are so hellaciously hot together and as always, Jeff is caught in the middle. Am I surprised that he eventually finds himself hospitalized ‘Oh hells naw’ I wanted to go to the hospital for my heart and I was just reading it.

The guys face some family drama, relationship drama, and have hot burn my iPad sex. The family drama I could have done without, I dislike predictability and the situation with Dan‘s family was predictable. I was hoping Ms Sherwood would have just remained with the baby drama, but bringing in the kidnapping was just too much (I did not like it). The relationship between the men I felt was done exceptionally well. I have been waiting for Jeff to toss Dan and Evan; he played the father way too much. Dan, you gave it to Evan and I salute you, one of the best scenes in the book. The sex O_O there wasn’t much of it, but when it happened ‘It HAPPENED’ Evan I am surprised you still can walk.

Overall, loved it! These guys are some of my faves characters and I just can’t get enough. If you are a fan of the Dark Horse series, then you don’t want to miss out on Of Dark and Bright. Never read the series before? Then its definitely one you should consider checking out. I have cried, laughed, and yelled and I wish I could experience them for the first over again.
